Right of Withdrawal

1. Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. Where you have ordered several goods in one order and these are delivered separately, the period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us

Uladzislau Haiduk Henschelring 2A 85551 Kirchheim bei München Germany Telephone: +49 173 8605674 Email: u.haiduk@watches4collectors.com

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the withdrawal function at https://watches4collectors.com/widerruf-en/ . If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (for example by email) without undue delay, containing information on the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised, in particular watches that have been engraved at your request.

2. Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Right

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal above, we grant you a voluntary right of return until the 30th day after you receive the watch. This is a promise we make of our own accord; it does not replace or limit the statutory right in section 1.

During the first 14 days, the statutory right in section 1 applies, with its own rules.

From day 15 to day 30, you may return the watch under the following conditions:

  • the watch is unworn, beyond an examination comparable to what would be possible in a shop
  • protective films, seals and tags are still intact
  • the bracelet has not been resized or shortened
  • the box, papers, guarantee card and all accessories are returned complete
  • the watch has not been engraved or otherwise personalised

If these conditions are met, we refund the purchase price in full. If they are not, the voluntary return right does not apply — your statutory rights are of course unaffected.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods under this voluntary right as well.

3. Practical Notes on Returns

These notes are for your convenience. They do not affect your statutory rights in section 1.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Given the value of the watches, we would rather arrange the shipment with you. On request we will provide a fully insured return label; its cost is then deducted from the refund.

If you arrange the return yourself, please send the watch fully insured for at least the purchase price you paid, and by a trackable service.

If you paid via Klarna, the refund is processed through Klarna. Please also inform Klarna of the return so that any open instalments are stopped.

If you collected the watch in person after ordering through our shop, the contract is still a distance contract and the right of withdrawal applies in full. The 14-day period starts on the day you took possession of the watch.

If the entire purchase took place on site — you came to us, chose the watch, paid and took it with you — no distance contract arises and there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Our voluntary return right in section 3 does not apply to on-site purchases either.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. It does not apply to business customers.
