Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our standard option).

We will process the refund within 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

– Custom-made or personalized products.

– Digital content if the download or streaming started before the cancellation period ended.

– Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

– Services fully performed before the cancellation period expires.

Returns & Refunds for Non-Digital Products

If you received physical goods, you must return them within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation. The items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds for Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., software, e-books, subscriptions), refunds may only be granted if:

– The product is defective or not as described.

– You have not downloaded or accessed the product.
