Warranty Terms

We offer a 1-year warranty on all watches purchased through our online shop, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship that occur under normal use. Should a defect in the watch arise due to material or manufacturing faults, we will take care of the repair or replacement of the product.

The warranty does not cover:

    Damage caused by improper use or handling.

    Damage caused by shocks, scratches, or other external factors.

    Watches that have been exposed to water unless explicitly stated as water-resistant.

    Normal wear and tear of batteries and straps.

How Does the Warranty Work?

Please ensure that you include a copy of your purchase receipt to validate your warranty.

Warranty Claims and Repairs

Upon receiving the watch, we will assess the defect and decide whether a repair or replacement is necessary. If the watch needs to be repaired, the repair will be free of charge as long as the defect is covered under the warranty.
