We read every message ourselves and aim to come back to you quickly with a concrete proposal. Where a watchmaker has to look at the watch first, it takes longer, and we will tell you where things stand.<\/p>\n\n

2. Consumer arbitration<\/h2>\n\n

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (\u00a7 36 of the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters, VSBG).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

3. Competent arbitration board<\/h2>\n\n

Should a dispute between us not be resolved, the arbitration board responsible for consumer disputes of this kind is:<\/p>\n\n

4. Cross-border disputes<\/h2>\n\n

If you live in another EU Member State and a dispute with us cannot be resolved directly, the European Consumer Centres Network can advise you free of charge on your rights and on the options available in your country. You will find your national centre at www.eccnet.eu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, to which shops used to be required to link, was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.<\/p>\n\n

5. Your statutory rights<\/h2>\n\n

Your rights in the event of a defect are set out in clause 8 of our General Terms and Conditions, your right of withdrawal and our voluntary 30-day return right in clause 7, and our voluntary guarantee in clause 9 and on our warranty conditions page.<\/p>\n\n
